Winter is a hard time of year for fashion. For me, especially Autumn is the best seasons but the perfect Autumn weather only lasts for a few weeks in reality. Before we know it it’s so cold I just want all the knitwear. Finding the place between warmth and still looking cool is about to get so hard.
I for one love knitwear but I can get into a rut of just wearing boring jumpers with jeans then wearing the same black practical coat and it’s so uninspiring. It is so hard to dress excitingly but still feel warm.
So here is this outfit – the classic trusty winter look of jeans and a chunky jumper but made more exciting? I adore these zebra print jeans I got in the last big Zara sale for an insane £4.99. They aren’t very versatile though. Teamed with a slightly less warm mesh jumper and THE WARMEST COAT I’ve ever owned.
When these fluffy Bourg coats become super popular over the last few winters I wasn’t keen they became so popular I didn’t want a part of it but I got this one from New Look last Christmas and its hands down the warmest coat ever. Whenever I’m out with this on and everyone else is freezer I’m surprisingly warm, its like magic.
