I’ve got a few throw-back posts from the summer. Been so busy at the end of summer and coming back to uni that blogging once again got lost.
I finally got to go to Cardiff’s Street food circus this year, an event I’ve heard about for the last few summers but never got to go. It is a pop-up street food market in Sophia gardens which is a beautiful setting and you can then go into bute park and around the castle grounds.
My family went to the cricket so my gran and I spent some time exploring the food.
The circus is full of independent businesses from around Cardiff and some already have restaurants open but its a great way to sample loads of different foods.
For my lunch we choose the Mexican and i went for a classic pulled pork quesadilla which was amazing,

Milgi – is an amazing plant based restaurant in Cardiff
I also treated myself to Science cream which also have a restaurant in town, |I went for the salted caramel and honeycomb which was just amazing !!
I am obsessed with the street food circus and am already looking forward to next summers season.
